Made to your measurements

Because each unit is built after you order, it is made to the dimensions you enter. That matters for the seal, the fit and the way the panel sits in an older or out-of-square opening.

How to measure

Packed and delivered with care

Eligible small windows ship in individually protected cartons. Everything else is packed for protected pallet delivery, with protective packing included in your delivery charge. Eligible configured exterior storm windows receive estimated freight pricing across the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska and Hawaii require a freight quote request before payment.

Why made to order matters

Stock sizes rarely match older homes, where openings are out of square and sizes vary from window to window. A made-to-order storm window is built to the width and height you measure, so the frame seals against your opening instead of leaving gaps.

FAQs

Where are your storm windows made?

Our storm windows and storm doors are produced in the USA.

Is everything made to order?

Yes. Each window and door is made after you order, to the size and options you choose.

Do you ship nationwide?

Eligible configured exterior storm windows receive estimated freight pricing at checkout throughout the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Washington, DC uses Maryland pricing. Alaska and Hawaii require a freight quote request before payment. Other products, specialty configurations, and orders above three pallets may also need a quote.

How long does an order take?

Production is estimated at 5-7 weeks in high season, and transit time is added on top. Lead times are estimates and can change with order volume, materials, weather and shipping conditions.

Are your storm doors also made in the USA?

Yes. Our storm windows and storm doors are produced in the USA.

Why are storm windows made to order?

Window openings vary in size and squareness, especially in older homes. Building each storm window to your measurements gives a better seal than a stock size.

Can I see the warranty before I order?

Yes. Warranty terms for each product line are on our warranty page, and we are happy to send the terms for your product before you order.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. You enter the width and height of your opening on the product page. Very large openings and special configurations may need a quote.
