Shipping & handling

Configure your windows or doors, add them to your cart, and enter your delivery address at checkout to see shipping before paying. Product prices do not include shipping or applicable tax. Delivery is available throughout the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

Ground or protected pallet delivery

Eligible small standard exterior windows can ship in individually protected cartons by Ground. All vinyl interior and Low-E aluminum windows use protected pallet delivery, including small orders. Larger exterior windows, doors, and bulk orders also use pallet delivery. Pallet service includes curbside delivery, a liftgate, and a delivery appointment. Arrange help to move the shipment from the curb; installation and carry-in service are not included.

Ordering four windows or fewer

Freight includes protective pallet packing and delivery. Ordering additional windows manufactured at the same facility may keep freight similar when they fit on the same pallet. The final charge depends on your destination, window dimensions, and total shipment size.

Large projects and separate shipments

Large projects may need additional pallets or larger protective crates. Delivery charges scale with the shipment and may exceed $1,000. Products manufactured at separate facilities arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment has its own delivery charge, with the charges combined at checkout. Manufacturing time is additional to transit time.

Configurations that need a quote

Wood products, specialty configurations without published pricing, and deliveries outside the contiguous United States require a quote. We will confirm the available product and delivery options before payment.

Receiving your order

Inspect the packaging and products when the shipment arrives. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the packaging before disposing of it. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos if there is damage or a missing item.
